Objectives 目标：

One challenge for multicultural teams and global leaders is how to handle conflict. Even skilled intercultural experts struggle with conflict management since our adaptability is reduced when we face the stress of potential conflict with colleagues or important business partners. Some professionals may feel there is one “best” way to handle conflict, however, research has shown many cultures have different “best” ways to handle disagreements, difficult conversations, and conflicts. In this session we will look at the Intercultural Conflict Model to better understand our own preferences for handling conflict and get better results when working with styles that are different from our own.

John Dorris

John is a Founder and the Chief Cultural Officer of Sino Associates with more than 18 years of training, coaching, and facilitation experience in Asia, including 16 years of leadership development experience in China. John developed tens of thousands of professionals in leadership practices across Asia and North America to develop a shared vision for the future, create alignment and drive engagement.

John was born in Singapore, raised in a US diplomatic family and brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients having lived and worked in nine countries.
