2021年初，微软与领导力咨询公司DDI，Ladies Who Tech等机构和企业合作，发起了“Women · Digital · Future数字未来·女性赋能行动”（WDF），计划帮助100万名中国科技女性提升数字技能、自信拥抱数字未来。在数字化转型加速的当下，使更多女性不仅可以凭借科技的力量成就自身的梦想，更能为行业乃至整个社会带来多样化的创新活动，在数字化时代发挥更大的影响力。
In early 2021, Microsoft aligned with Ladies Who Tech and DDI to initiate the Women · Digital · Future (WDF) initiative aimed at helping 1 million Chinese women who are keen in increasing digital skills, confidently embrace the digital future. With the current trend of digital transformation, WDF wants to enable more women to realize their dreams by the power of technology, bring more contribution to their industries as well as society with more creativity, and make more impact in this digital world.
