Kelly Chan is the founder of Happy Bird & VodeHR Consulting. Happy Bird is a cloud platform company based on human Resource management (HRSAAS platform), and VodeHR is one of the company that provides one-stop solutions for HR filed. Kelly Chan has many years of experience in HR services industry. And also successful to provide the HR service both foreign and private companies, specializing in organizational structure, compensation performance, labor compliance and so on. HappyBird is only the local Chinese company that can provide both online tools and offline one-stop human resources services

 Mrs. Tiffany Sze 朴陶

畢業於美國UC Berkeley伯克利加州大學，擁有社會行為科學及臨床心理學雙博士學位，10年跨國資訊科技企業行政管理及市場拓展總監資歷，10年非牟利機構創辦人及行政總裁，透過資訊科技提供殘疾青少年人職前訓練與在職培訓，於香港成立了一家非牟利機構 及 三所各自獨立而且成功完全自負營虧的IT社會企業；並且於2018年於廣州設立AI研發中心 及 15至25歲身心殘障青少年人的培訓基地，藉著資訊科技培訓、動畫製作、遊戲創作及發行營運，專注於製作教育及益智類的智能軟硬件應用工具，並且建立大數據庫，研究如何更有效培訓自閉症、過度活躍症、語言障礙、讀寫障礙、社交障礙、視障、聽障及智力發展障礙的青少年加入在研發團隊中，負責策劃、美術、內容製作及動畫宣傳推廣工作；Tiffany剛奪得2019 HKICT Award全港「智慧市民」年度大獎 及 「智慧STEM教育及學習」金獎，2018香港CIO及IT人員協會「傑出創新科技企業」大獎，2018廣州天河區政府主辦「天英匯」大賽港澳區十強企業 及 Facebook網絡社群 (社會企業類 / 非牟利機構類 / 學校學界類) 全球華人排名第一。

現時，Tiffany已為超過100家中外公營及私營機構製作商業動畫影片，並且製作超過400套親子德育類APP及功能遊戲，下載量亦已超過400萬次，遍及世界各地221個中外國家，並於全球21個海外國家同步排名第一。

Mrs. Tiffany Sze graduated from UC Berkeley University of California in United States, with a two-doctorate degree in Social Behavior Science and Clinical Psychology; being Director of National PR & Media Services and Market Development of multinational IT enterprises for 10 years. Founder and CEO of Government registered NGO to provide Pre-Service Training and On-The-Job Training for young people with physical & intellectual disabilities through IT & multimedia for 10 years, successfully established one HKSAR governed non-profit-making organization and three independent as well as completely self-sustainable IT Social enterprises in Hong Kong.

In the year of 2018, Tiffany established an Edutainment R&D Center for Special Education Needs and a SEN Youth Training Base for young people with physical and mental disabilities in Guangzhou Tianhe, through information technology training, animation & film production, game creation and global distribution operations, focuses on the production of educational and home-schooling intelligent hardware and software application tools, and the establishment of a large database to study how to more effectively train and advance Autism, Hyperactivity Disorder, Language Disorders, Dyslexia, Social Disorders, Visual Impairment, Young people with Hearing Impairment and Intellectual Development Disorders to be able to being embraced in the mainstream R&D Teams, responsible for Planning, Visual Art, Content Production and Animation Promotion work.

Tiffany successfully attained 2019 Hong Kong ICT "Smart People" Grand Award and  "Smart Education & Learning" Gold Award recognized by the HKSAR Government, 2018 Hong Kong CIO & IT People's Association "Outstanding Innovation and Technology Enterprise" Grand Award, 2018 Guangzhou Tianhe District Government "THero International Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition" Top 7 Enterprises and Facebook Network Community (Social Enterprise / Non-profit-making organizations / School Academic ) being ranked as Top 1 among the Chinese communities worldwide.

As of 2019 Q1, Tiffany has produced commercial animated films for more than 100 Chinese and overseas public and private organizations worldwide , and has launched more than 400 parent-child Moral Education Apps and Functional Games to the global market, which have also been downloaded more than 4 million times, covering 221 Chinese and foreign countries around the world, and being ranked as Top 1 in 21 overseas countries.

    6年＋智能硬件和消费升级领域的投资孵化经验，案例包括获腾讯战略投资的桌面级机器人代表公司工匠社、被Ninebot&Segway成功收购的Citygo智能滑板车等一系列消费升级的智能硬件产品；

    8年＋智能硬件领域市场战略分析与执行经验，助力超过50＋支中国、外国创新创业公司成功将产品推向市场，案例包括EcoQube系列产品、Airinum系列产品、LUMOS智能自行车头盔、Ganker格斗机器人等；

    Brinc是一个全球投资加速器，它为初创企业的整个生命周期的每个阶段赋予强大的生命力，帮助他们成功地打造可持续发展的企业；目前在香港、广州、巴林、波兰波兹南、巴塞罗那、特拉维夫和印度科钦都设有孵化器和办事处，全球每年一共运营7个加速Program；到目前，Brinc已经投资了79家来自全球26个国家的创业企业。她于两年前加入Brinc全球投资加速器，目前正与全球的创新企业和创业家合作，将新产品与技术模式推向市场。

Olivia Zeng

Head of China Market & Distribution, Brinc Global Venture Accelerator

    Olivia is an expert on PR/Market/Distribution for hardware teams. Also she has extensive experience in hardware teams investing. Her investment project “Citygo Urban” was acquired by Ninebot&Segway, and “Ganker fighting robot” got A-round investment from Tencent.

    Brinc is a Global Venture Accelerator that empowers startups in every stage throughout the whole life cycle to help them launch successful businesses. Brinc is based in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Bahrain, Poland, Barcelona, Tel Aviv and Inida. It has 79 investments across 26 countries by far. She joined Brinc 2 years ago to work with startups and founders, to help them to enter new markets.

    Prior to joining Brinc, Olivia was the CBO of MadNet, a Chinese IoT accelerator which located in Shenzhen & Beijing & Foshan. Also Olivia co-founded MadStop, a platform of rich channel resources(online+ offline), helping 50+ hardware teams develop sales channels & promote pruducts in China, such as LUMOS Helmet, Ganker fighting robot, EcoQube, Airinum。

    Born in China, Olivia graduated with a Master in Political Science in Japan. She loves playing video games, kart racing and running, believing that having fun everyday is an art.
