PropTech - 地产科技创新行业在美国非常火，无论是硅谷的创投和创业者，还是传统的地产商和金融机构，都纷纷谈论投资这个热点。软银愿景基金关注此大赛道成立专门的地产科技投资部门，在3年内PropTech投资总共超过150亿美金。在2017年共347家公司获得126亿美金融资，行业总市值达到2500亿美金，而2018年上半年远超2017年同期的速度在增长。美国在前两年超过20家PropTech行业基金总共融资超过30亿美金。PropTech在试图利用科技为房地产行业的发展提供新的解决方案，将传统古老的行业赋予新生。

PropTech - Real estate technology innovation industry is very hot in the United States, whether it is Silicon Valley venture capital and entrepreneurs, or traditional real estate developers and financial institutions, have talked about investment hotspots. Softbank Vision Fund pays attention to the establishment of a dedicated real estate technology investment department at this major track. In three years, PropTech invested a total of more than 15 billion US dollars. In 2017, a total of 347 companies received $12.6 billion in financing, and the industry's total market capitalization reached $250 billion, while the first half of 2018 was much faster than the same period in 2017. In the past two years, the United States has raised more than $3 billion in more than 20 PropTech industry funds. PropTech is trying to use technology to provide new solutions for the development of the real estate industry, and to revitalize the old and traditional industries.

为应对来自甲方侧的这一趋势，本月ShanghaiBIM首次以PropTech为主题邀请沃尔夫冈先生做有关房地产科技的主题分享，希望由他一个从业者的角度来给大家展现全方位视角的地产科技创新，沃尔夫冈先生的分享将由以下三方面展开：
