In 2008, Wei Yanmin received a master’s degree in Logistics from Birmingham City University.
From 2009 to 2013, Wei Yanmin engaged in the Chinanet Online Holding Inc. (NASDAQ: CNET). CNET participated in the reverse merger acquisition to the listing of the American Stock Exchange and transferred to NASDAQ. CNET completed the merger and acquisition and internal risk control of the fourth company in the same industry, and the implementation of the employee option plan with rich experience in the operation of the stock market.
In 2017, Wei Yanmin served as the founder and president of HaiChuangHai. She prefers to invest in equity investment institutions of overseas Chinese entrepreneurship teams. She uses equity investment to accurately connect the world ’s ecosystem of culture and creation, and actively builds a future-oriented artificial intelligence cultural and creative industrial park. HaiChuangHai gathers technology, talents, and cultural exchanges to serve enterprises, universities, government, and investment partners from China, Europe, and the United States. HaiChuangHui focuses on the three aspects: entrepreneurship training, precise connection, and collaboration to match and build an innovation and entrepreneurship service platform. The platform implies the entrepreneurship investment + wisdom + aggregation, both online and offline collaboration in order to provide entrepreneurs with a "one-stop" entrepreneurial landing service. It is expected to establish intelligent waste collection and sorting in the later stage to solve the problem of waste collection and classification.

Olivia is an expert on PR/Market/Distribution for hardware teams. Also she has extensive experience in hardware teams investing. Her investment project “Citygo Urban” was acquired by Ninebot Segway, and “Ganker fighting robot” got an A-round investment from Tencent.
Brinc is a Global Venture Accelerator that empowers startups in every stage throughout the whole life cycle to help them launch successful businesses. She joined Brinc 3 years ago to work with startups and founders, to help them to enter new markets.
Prior to joining Brinc, Olivia was the CBO of MadNet, a Chinese IoT accelerator which is located in Shenzhen & Beijing & Foshan. Also Olivia co-founded MadStop, a platform of rich channel resources(online or offline), helping 50+ hardware teams develop sales channels & promote products in China, such as LUMOS Helmet, Ganker fighting robot, EcoQube, Airinum。
Born in China, Olivia graduated with a Master in Political Science in Japan.
