The shining number is created by the market of 1.4 billion audience. There is no other movie market like the one China has which is robustly growing with a huge potential. It is estimated that China's fast-growing sales at the box office will exceed that of the U.S. in the year of 2020, $12.28 billion to $11.93 billion — and the country will dominate for the foreseeable future.

Shailene Xiaoting Huo, former Director of Produtions at Twentieth Century Fox in China. Shailene joined Fox after two years as Director of International Business at Desen International Media Group, a Chinese film production and distribution company. Prior to joining Desen, she worked for renowned film director Chen Kaige on script development and film production. Shailene has double bachelor’s degrees from Peking University and Master’s degree from Yale.
