    As workforce demographics shift and global markets emerge, for some companies workplace diversity is a business necessity that needs to be faced now while other companies have already made “Diversity and Inclusion” a strategic initiative. Inclusion within the workplace has been well recognized by multinational companies as a link to building talent within an organization, creating a strong sense of employee belonging and increasing adaptability and creativity to name but a few advantages. 

    随着劳动力人口不断转移和全球化市场的崭露头角,职场多样性成为了一些公司所面临的商业发展需求,而有的公司甚至已经将“多元化和包容性”作为一项战略性举措。职场的包容力已经被跨国企业公认为是发展组织内人才以及建立员工归属感的纽带,不仅如此,其对于提高适应力和创造力也具有一定的优势


    However, challenges which affect the implementation and execution of an efficient Inclusion strategy still exist not only for global companies but organizations of all sizes. In this workshop, business cases and practical advice will be shared along with fundamental theories to help understand the business and human case for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. After this workshop participants will have key skills needed to begin to manage diversity and leverage the power of inclusion.

    Prior to this workshop participants will take the IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) and have a one to one debrief on their results.
