With 20 years of experiences, she gained extensive knowledge in corporate finance, private equity, trust and private wealth structuring, growth management, Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), SAS70 and Anti money laundering act. She has strong expertise in Western and Asian markets, especially the Chinese market where she successfully established partnerships with the Chinese government for the past eight years.

Pauline Houl is also Managing Partner of Eurohold China. Eurohold Group is the leading company active in Corporate Finance and M&A for the Mid Cap market since 26 years in Europe. She is the the co-founder and chairwoman of SIVET Swiss Institute of Vocational Education and Training
and currently serving as La FrenchTech Ambassador to Hong Kong.

Representation on Boards for many organizations such as National Representative & General Secretary of Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China, and Board member of the Swiss school in Beijing, Representative of Oversight Board for Bridge Magazine (Sino-Swiss Economic Magazine) and Board member of e5t Foundation (www.e5t.fr). President of Club Generation CEO，she has launched Sino-Euro CEO Dialogue in collaboration with Global Times. 

Pauline Houl has contributed since its inception to the annual Eco-Forum Global Conference, which brings together the main CEOs and government officials from China and around the world on the model of the World Economic Forum and she also launched the Annual Conference “Women Leaders in Ecology and Development” in china.  

Ms. Pauline is graduated from IMD, and she has French Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

In 2019, Pauline Houl received from Swiss Authorities the “Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Contribution to Sino-Swiss Relations”

黄培敏女士是中国瑞士商会秘书长，Eurhold中国合伙管理人，瑞士国际组织Club Generation CEO的总裁， La FrenchTech(法国科创)驻香港大使, 和瑞士政府合作创立了中国第一家瑞士职业培训机构。
