Embracing the Change: Exploring & Optimizing Change
01
Learning Objectives
When a driver loses control of a car due to ice or slippery road conditions, the best option is to ‘steer into the skid’ to regain control and keep moving forward safely and optimally. This requires letting go and accepting the skid as fact.
Accepting change as factual, and ‘steering into the change’ to accept that change and gain control of the momentum and direction for maximum positive benefit for all requires a strong team willing to take on challenges that no one else will or can.
Sino Associates is shining the spotlight on special workshops to give HR leaders, senior managers and executives the opportunity the hottest training topics in China for an exceptional rate.
During this half-day workshop, participants will achieve a positive mindset shift towards change. Learn and master powerful group tools for defining the change and exploring the issues within it.
