    周三下午,万物树瑜伽将给您带来圣诞主题瑜伽课程体验。圣诞特调精油搭配锡兰之吻红茶,和我们风趣幽默的瑜伽老师一起来感受冬日的温暖与喜悦。


    This Wednesday, together with Holitree we have a tailor-made healing yoga course for you. This time we offer dynamic yoga course with Christmas essential oil and black tea.

    Theme Course

    我们在这次的练习中融合了哈他瑜伽和体操、舞蹈与武术的元素。结合圣诞精油,带来焕然一新的练习体验。


    This is a system based on traditional practice of Hatha yoga with added elements of gymnastic, dances and martial arts. With your tailor-made essential oil we bring fresh yoga practice experience to our customers. 


    自由瑜伽的练习让我们学会如何掌控自己的身体。它通过新的和不寻常的运动来教育我们的大脑。


    The practice of free yoga makes us learn how to master our body.  It's educating our brain through new and unusual movements. 


    我们每个人都知道运动是健康生活的重要组成部分。所以我们做得越好,我们调整得越顺畅,我们的生活质量就会变得越好。


    Each of us knows movement is an important part of healthy life. So the better and the more we correct our moves the higher and the better is the quality of our lives.

    是否曾有某种东西的味道激起了安全和舒适的情感,就像冬天被太阳晒过棉被的味道,或者是面包店里肉桂面包刚出炉的香气?

    ① 请穿戴轻巧舒适的衣物,例如:运动套衫、T恤、短装或有弹力的紧身装


    ①We recommend you to wear t-shirts, shorts, tight or elastic outfits


    ②上课前请不要吃得太饱,因为空腹状态下练习瑜伽能让您较快进入状况


    ②An empty stomach helps you to enjoy a better yoga course


    ③若您曾有过任何旧伤或不适,请务必于上课前告知老师,老师才能在适当的时候帮您调整姿势或教导您以替代姿势继续学习


    ③If you have any old injuries or feel discomfort before the yoga course, please inform our teacher


    ④课程开始之前十五分钟,我们会开始冥想,欢迎加入。


    ④The meditation will be started 15 minutes before the course, please feel free to join if you arrive early.
