This event is to help you learn how to cope with stress, primarily in the workplace but also in your personal life. The need to manage stress both at work and at home is vital if you are to achieve your goals and objectives, whether they be work related or more personal. As a manager, an employee, a self-employed person, an emp;oyer or home worker you will find the stress management skills taught in our event veluable for the betterment of your health and psychological wellbeing.

Shaun Corrigan MBA:

来自英国，肖恩拥有澳大利亚领导力商学院的MBA学位，有超过三十年的国际商务咨询和培训经历

专注领域涵盖企业管理、市场运营和商业智能的软实力建设。

目前在上海对不同行业的企业管理者进行商务技能、领导力&管理能力、项目管理和跨文化商务领域的培训。

来中国之前，肖恩分别在英国、欧洲、中东和澳大利亚工作和生活。

Originally from UK, Shaun has over thirty years’ international business (B2B and B2C) and education experience; working in the fields of: business development, sales, marketing, operations and business intelligence.

 In the education field, Shaun holds a MBA from a leading Australian business school, and currently trains senior managers in: Business, Leadership & Management, Project Management and Cross-Cultural Intelligence. He also holds a CELTA, and instructs in English as a Second Language (ESL). Before coming to China, he lived and worked in UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.
